Day of Coordinator:
Kate of Purple Clover Events:
http://www.purpleclover.net/

When I met with Kate I knew we would be a great fit because we both LOVE purple! LOL She was very professional and is very affordable. Her email communication is great as well.

She worked with me regarding a deposit and we booked about one week after meeting with her. She is great at easing any concerns one might have. I’ll have a better list of great things to say about her after the wedding.

Flowers:
April Oboza - April Irelynn Designs

She is very nice so far. She works out of her home so she is very affordable. Her communication is great as well. I changed my mind a few times down the line and she never made a fuss about it. Once I decided to just go ahead and hire her for the church, she was fine with that and scheduled a second meeting with me to get details in order.

Amy Boeve Photographer

I love Amy's work and her package. Amy was so kind and sweet when I met her. I knew I had to book her.
Amy offers a engagement session in her package, so we decided that we would do some pictures here in Detroit on Belle, and then go over to Windsor and do some $exy shots. Well, Amy lives about 3 hours away and called and told us that she had left her passport at home and was unable to do our e-pics over in Canada, then the morning of the shoot, we tried to get in touch with her, and apparently she had left her pohone over her parents house. Her dad ended up calling us and told us that she was at Belle waiting on us. LOL! So funny. After that little drama, we ended up have a great shoot. I was dissapointed that we didn't get to to our shoot over in Windsor, but overall I was very happy with our e-pics. I do want to mention that she offered to come back down to Detroit and schedule a session for Canada, but trying to get my fiance's schedule and myself available again, was a bit too much. Amy was very concerned and wanted to make sure we were happy, and we totally were.
During our engagement session, she made Damian and I feel so comfortable. I LOVED how our pictures turned out. We received a CD from her about two weeks after the e-session. Down the line, I ended up losing the cd, Amy sent us another one free of charge! That was so nice of her. I can't wait until the wedding. I know she will be great. Her communication via email and phone is AWESOME as well. Book her now! She is worth every dime!

Videographer:
Adam Retli
http://s2rproductions.blogspot.com/
Damian and I knew we wanted some type of video for our wedding, but at the beginning of our planning, our budget really just didn't involve fancy and cool videography. We just wanted a nice video to capture our day. One day, I was on theknot and a knottie mentioned Adam over at s2r productions. I immediately set up a meeting with him.

Adam is very nice. So far I have heard nothing but great things about him! He is also very affordable.

I really enjoyed working with Denise and Natalie! They were so nice and accommodating! Everything came in on time and in a timely matter. I have NO complaints! Update 2/2010: I have a small conern with Denise. Be sure that if she gives you a price, get it in writing. She quoted me a price for my girls and told me since I am purchasing my dress from her, that the girls can get 10% off their gowns. I went with each girl to replace their deposit, and everytime while she was sitting right there in front of us, I told each girl to be sure that the gave them 10% off the balance when the each pick up their dresses. Well, as my girls went in to pick up the dresses, Denise tells them that this is not true because she already gave them a discount in the beginning. Oh was I HEATED! Long story short, the remaining girls left that had to pick up their dresses, she gave them the 10% off. I have to give only 2 of the 8 girls the difference out of my pocket due to the fact that they picked up their dresses before this was taken care of by myself and speaking with Denise.

My Gown and and the girls gown are by Alfred Angelo

Alfred Angelo gowns are very affordable and the quality is just beautiful. I love my gown and my girls dresses! I had no issues with my gown. Denise went above and beyond to make sure I was happy about my decision. She oreded two dresses for me and let me make the decision as to which one worked best!
